• You understand that upon purchase you will receive virtual items/good in an exchange with no physical involvement.

• We have a no refund policy on all donations. There will be NO exceptions.

• Any issues with anything you have purchased should be directed towards our Discord server where you can receive support.

• Donating does not grant you immunity from server rules or regulations, you will be treated as a normal user. This includes custom items, you are not immune from IC consequences if your item is illegal in-character, even if it wasn't at the time of purchase. This is a roleplay server, things may happen accordingly.

• You agree to owning the funds used to donate and/or have the bill payers consent.

• We reserve the right to remove any items we have given you at any moment. Especially if you were permanently suspended from our services for a reason we deem valid.

• We also reserve the right to modify these terms at any moment without issuing a notification that we are doing so.

• You acknowledge the terms of the product you are paying for, and fully understand what it is you will receive. You also agree to contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your purchase.

• You acknowledge that if you violate any server rules resulting in a permanent ban, your items may be revoked or repurposed. You agree to this and acknowledge you are ineligible for a refund.
